Built as part of the second phase of the Lakeside subdivision in 1938. Lakeside was built out in three phases from 1937 to 1940, and comprises almost all of the homes between 19th Avenue, Junipero Serra Boulevard, and Sloat Boulevard. The second phase was the area from the south side of Eucalyptus Boulevard to the southern extent of Stonecrest Drive.
