Connects from the top of the stairs up from Costa Street up to Rutledge Street. Wolfe Lane Community Garden and Miller Dogpatch Memorial Garden are both at the bottom of the stairs.

Built in circa 1996, when the adjacent block of Brewster Street was first paved and many of the stairways on the eastern slope of Bernal Heights were built or replaced.
